WPPI- Las Vegas Photography Convention 2012 | Missoula Fashion Photographer

Wow!!!! What an amazing week I had! WPPI was a huge success and I'm so excited to share a touch of what I got to experience!

Started off by getting to go and spend a few days in Vegas just to enjoy the town and I got to meet a friend along the way:

Monday was the Seniorologie Vegas Shootout day and here's a fabulous picture of all the beautiful women who participated and put it on!

And then on my final day in Vegas, Wednesday, was the grand finale, The Las Vegas GhostTown, The Squeal shoot-out, put on by Emma and Josh Smith Photography. There's so many images that I'm gonna get to share, but for now here's just a taste.... *sparkle eyes* What a dreamy day!

So in the next week or so be looking for more images from both of these glorious shootouts! These are the fore-runners to the new path that VioletRay Photography is taking. Focusing more on Seniors and Weddings. I spent the past week in classes learning how I can better serve my clients and how to push my passion and talent in the direction that will fulfill both clients and myself. An overall bonus for all!

This was an amazing and super fun session! It was an Operation Love session for a Marine returning home to his wife in Oceanside, CA. They flew me down special to do their OpLove images and what a fun and GREAT session this was!

This image here was totally spontaneous! Little did Miss Ali know that schananigans were going on behind her! ;D

My newest and most favourite winter image from this season:

"Winter's Lillypad's"

Taken during a beautiful Mother/Daughter session during our first big snow storm of the season (it dropped 3 feet of snow in less than 48 hours!) this is an image of the Clark Fork river in East Missoula, MT.

Pieces of ice floating down the river and heavy falling snow create a serene image against the backdrop of the beautiful Mount Sentinel, home of the "M".

Sterling and Miss Quincey: Mission Mountain Winter

A beautiful winter day in Mission, MT and I got to spend it with two of the most beautiful babies ever!

I had the pleasure of getting to go back and spend a few days in heart of the Mission Valley, the place of my roots. My childhood friend and his wife are now raising their children where we use to play around, and spend our days cutting and bailing hay.
